      Hi.

      I don't know much about lucid dreaming, though it sounds insanely cool. The reason why I found this website and signed up was because I've had only one dream where I didn't know the person. Never met them in my life, and I was thinking maybe I could find them here? I dont know. Anyway, I'm looking forward to meeting new people!

      Hey petsi19, welcome to DreamViews!

      One benefit to learning how to lucid dream is to be able to summon Dream Characters (DC) into your dream, and even control the situation. It can be someone you know, someone you know of, or even just like you said, someone you had a dream about once that you never met.

      Anyway, there's tons of resources here to help you get started, and of course you can always ask a staff member for help or direction. Here's the links to some tutorials on the types of inductions if you'd like a starting point: Induction Methods and Techniques
