      How great is this???

Hello to my fellow LD's. Let me first say I have read so many interesting post since I logged on for the fist time this morning. I never knewthere were so many people like me. Although I put myself as a beginner, I have been dealing with this awsome "thing" since I was very young. I can tell you that this has helped me in so many ways in my life.

Has anyone ever experianced the feeling that someone was in the room with you after you have awaken or actually seen something. I know it sounds looney and if no one has than maybe I am but this happened to me about 10 years ago. I was not scared and I felt very at peace but none the less I WAS AWAKE and it happened.

I have no problem controlling my dreams and have experianced REALLY REALLY AWSOME things. Any more tips would be great.

Were you able to move when you awoke? It's common during sleep paralysis to see and hear things, even to the extent where I've heard alien abduction explained as people in sleep paralysis who were awake and thought they were seeing real aliens.

And welcome, I've only been here a few days and there are plenty of good people here who share your interests.

Actually this happened several nights in a row. I was able to move and was awake I am almost sure. Like I said this was 10 years ago but I have thought about it often. But now I have Sleep paralysis and sometimes it can get very scary because I cant breathe.[/i]

Hmm, I don't know how much my knowledge can help you beyond what I just said. As far as sleep paralysis goes, I know what you mean. When I was younger, I experienced it all the time and would wake up unable to breathe, and it would terrify me. Nowadays I wish I could reach the sleep paralysis state but it seemed to slip away from me as I grew older.
