      Hello There!

Hello everyone! I am new here and in fact have just experienced my first lucid dream only a few nights ago. I am not sure if maybe I am a bit late to the party since I have had many OBE's, even as a little girl. I am hoping that I can gain some more insight from everyone! Sweet dreaming everyone

Hey. Are you a natural LDer or do you induce yours?

Thank you, JoannaB for the warm welcome! Jjstubs, the other night when I had my lucid dream I wasn't even thinking about it before sleep or anything. Now a few nights before I tried to prepare myself for one, but it never happened. I don't tend to sleep very well on a normal night to night baises, and the night I had one I had no struggle to fall asleep. I never really remember my dreams and sleep always seems a bit short for me. I do not know if that made a lot of sense, but I have posted about the dream in the forums, please stop by and have aread, and sahre your thoughts, would love any feed back!

Ye,. That sounds very similar to me,. I've had lucid dreams as long as I can remember but only this week discovered what they are,. I'm now trying really hard to have one and nothing is happening,. I'm thinking if your a natural LD'er perhaps the best thing is to just relax and not think about it,. I will check out your other posts though,.
      All the best

I haven't tried to induce a LD since sometime a few weeks ago. The night it happened I believe was pure coincidence. I also believe that by taking the Melatonin and being able to just relax was a huge help as well. But I did not take it to induce the LD. I'll look for you in the other thread! Thanks for following up!
