      Question Not Lucid Dreamed for a while...

      Hey Everyone,
      I just joined the forum. I have been interested in Lucid Dreams for about half a year now but I have only had one level 2 LD (where I did a RC, realized I was dreaming but woke up straight away) and about 3 semi lucid dreams where I sort of realize I am dreaming but could not 'click'. I perform reality checks frequently, have a dream journal and have identified my themes but I have not been able to get close for a while, its really quite annoying. Oh I also try WILD's including FILD but when I wake up with my alarm I fall back to sleep straight away before I can properly start my WILD attempt. Anyone have any advice for me?

      Practice makes perfect. Probably it isn't what you wanted to hear, but it's true.

      Maybe try MILD? It's a good technique for beginners, WILD is not so easy.
