      yeah you just reply to you own journal.
      and about the other thing, i dont see why people would have problems or evan want to get out of a lucid dream, their supposed to be fun.

      Typically people have the opposite problem -- waking up before they want to. I can't say for certain that nobody has ever had trouble waking up from a LD, but I wouldn't consider this anything to worry about.

      Welcome to the Forum!
      Well, there is a way to get out of LDs, but I don't like to do it, unless I have had plenty of rest, or I have to get up for something...to do it, just yell out Wake up, & imagine yourself going back into your bed! It works!
