Hello everyone, after seeing a lot of interesting tutorials for lucid dreaming on this forum, I finally decided to join in!
I've been trying to lucid dream for more than 1 month now, without success :'(
I used to have kind of lucid dreams when I was a child and had nightmares. Each time I told myself "Hey, it's just a nightmare. I just have to kill myself and wake up", so that's what I did, but I never stayed in the dream.
For one month I've been keeping a dream journal, did at least 10 reality checks a day, and used the MILD technique before going to sleep.
3 days ago I started using the All Day Awareness technique, which I found out thanks to a tutorial on this forum.
