I must say, I was quite skeptical about reality checks, and seriously doubted that my non-lucid dreaming mind would ever remember to do one in a dream just because I was doing them while I was awake.
But it was an awesome experience!
The breath I took through my plugged nose was so invigorating and cool - different than just a regular breath of air.
And then, the light switch that went on that I was actually dreaming was almost as strong as the feeling of waking up itself.
Your mind just "snaps" into this awareness.

I hope you get to experience that in the same manner as I have.
And, I hope I get it again as well.

I'm really starting to believe that LD is THE conduit for a spiritual awakening for people like me, who are lacking in any kind of meaningful tether to a full-soul perspicacity of consciousness and enlightenment.
What a worthy endeavor this is.
