      Greetings! from Deschain

Hello, everyone, my name is Sam! (AKA Deschain)

I've been an avid lucid dreamer for about five years now, and I deeply enjoy the experience and practice, as well as appreciate its practical usage and psychological effects on an intellectual, philosophically-thinking mind. It grants lucidity and clear reasoning, two of the most important equipments for a human mind to have readily on hand. I am a rationalist, naturalist, artist, and nihilist.

I look forward to getting to know everyone, reading everyone's experiences with lucid dreaming, and sharing some of my own.

      Welcome to the forums, Deschain!

I don't really have much advice for someone who's already been lucid dreaming for 5 years, but if you're looking for a little motivation or just looking for some more fun in your dreams, you should check out the lucid task of the year/month over at Tasks of the Month & Year. They're a lot of fun to do and give some great ideas for things to do during a lucid dream! You also get a special username color and "wings" on the forum to show off your flair.

I look forward to your discussion contributions and if you come up with any questions, feel free to ask!
