      Hi..I'm a newbie

hey everyone. my names jason. I'm a 23yr old unemployed student who currently isn't in school. I'm into alot of things from cars to playing my bass guitar. I'm not in a relationship, I don't know why thats important, i just thought I should say...

anywho. the other day (today being Friday and the other day being last sunday.) i was having an enlightening conversation with a friend of mine. I throughly enjoy talking with this particular friend, just cause we share alot of the same views.

so he starts talking about being lucid one night in a dream he had, and how it was completly mind boggeling. my first thought was wow, that sounds incredible.

after thinking about it for some time, I start to realize that wait. I've been in that situation.. knowing that a dream was a dream, and infact living the dream...spooky in its own way, isnt' it?

well I'll lay my first LD out for you. .

me and another (unknown but friendly) discovered are ability to preform large jumps and ariel acts on the streets over obsticles. *this was when I realized what was going on and that I was being lucid, I didnt try to control anything just let the dream take its won course.* Later in that same dream I met up with an ex girlffriend and her boyfriend, which was weird cause it was a guy that she's never met. but we all slept in the same bed, now I had a small puzzel in my hands, I think it could have been a gift cause I was waiting to open it. my ex's new friend was trying to force himself upon her, but she was putting up a fight. I told him to leave using the words, " hey, listen buddy. if the lady says no, then it means no!' he gets off the bed and tries to sleep on the ground but isn't pleased with my actions, after hearing us talk for what seemed to be hours, he jumps up comes at me swinging, but he has long hair now. knowing that I still have these powers to control my movement i duck and dodge his punches leaving him winded, in time for my escape were me and my unknown friendly leap out the window to our saftey - at which point i woke up.

let me know what you have to say, thought is appreciated

Welcome to DV, Bassface (I already sent you a welcome message so I'll just say a few words)

Well, it sounds like you've got a pretty good start, actually, and it shouldn't be too difficult for you to cultivate this ability. Just keep at it. I also think it's kind of cool how you've let your lucids take their course, but you don't always have to do that. Enjoy yourself as well, and obviously if your dreams are already enjoyable then yah.... [/redundancy]

Anyway, let us know if you need anything
