      a query...

in your dream, its just a dream right? well im not sure i see how you can control it just by realizing its a dream, does it mean that once you realize your dreaming, its like the lock of movement and mind freedom is opened?

and, vision in your dream, is it as ghood as real life? i always remember my dreams with fuzzy fizzion.

LDing isnt allways about having controll of a dream, some people are happy to just have a dream and be aware their dreaming.but usually when people realise thay are dreaming they they can just suddenly do what they want in it.
dreams are all in your head, your mind allways controlls them one way or another. The difference betweem a normal dream and a lucid one is that in a lucid dream its the concious part of the mind controlling the dream.

      Hi andorf,

NZMatt was right and clear about the control in lucid dreaming.

As to vision, I guess that there are no difference between real life and dream. More exactly, you can see fuzzier or clearer than real life. Since in lucid dreaming you can experience super-powers, also the vision can be multiplied and made more intense.

Probably your mode of vision (fuzzier than normal) is a sort of dream sign. Try to start from that foggy vision next time to attain lucidity.

I wrote "I guess", since I never have a LD until now, that's why I'm truly a beginner.

Hmm, how to explain. You have to truly understand that everything you see around you doesn't exist, it is ALL constructed by YOUR OWN MIND, and therefore, you have control over it.

This might sound kind of cheesey, but think of the movie \"The Matrix.\" I actually noticed many correlations between that movie and the concept of lucid dreaming after I discovered this site. Consider Morpheus's quote:
You\'re faster than this. Don\'t think you are... know you are.[/b]
P.S. It's a lot easier than it sounds, I promise
