say your dreamsign was a malfunctioning lightswitch. If that was me, i'd turn the light on in waking life, and then do a reality check.
AND, you must know your not dreaming, when you can see and hear as if it was real, like if i was dreaming now, wouldnt it bee to realistic to be a dream?[/b]
Dreams can always seem real, the thing to look out for is anything that looks odd or out of place. Another good reality check is just to be observant of the world around you, make a note of anything that seems strange in waking life, and ask yourself if you are dreaming.
oh and one more thing, *they say befor you can ld, you need to learn to recall your dreams, well i havent remembered having a dream since aaaaaaaaaages ago, so how can i have a normal dream?[/b]
Okay, dream recall. Here's a few things that might help: Firstly, work out why you can't remember your dreams. If you've remembered dreams in the past, it's probably stress related or due to some other factor. I know that's what happens with me. When you wake in the morning, just write whatever you can remember in your dream journal. Even if it's only one thought or image. By doing that, sometimes the whole dream comes flooding back.
ok, LAST QUESTION: when repeating \"ill will remember my dream\" ect, do you do that in a dream? or while lying in bed?
thanks[/b]
I tend to do both...usually as i'm getting ready for bed, i tell myself i will remember. And sometimes, if i find myself in an 'important' dream, i tell myself i need to remember something.
Hope this helps you out, feel free to PM me if you have any more questions!
