Hi everyone!

Nick from Bulgaria here, I'm a newbie in this forum and I'm much more of a newbie in LDing. I see that there's a lot of people who have quite some experience here and I'm already looking forward to learning something from all of you. I hope being a member here will help make the whole experience better and easier, especially considering there's no one I know in real life that is interested in lucid dreaming.

I've read some things about lucid dreaming and I actually started trying to do it about a month ago, perhaps even more. Sadly, for now I haven't had a lot of success. I now vaguely recall only one night where I believe I had two lucid dreams - this was about two weeks ago and I've barely dreamed since then. The first time I somehow noticed all the colors were really vivid so I said to myself that "this is a dream" and woke up immediately. Then, in the next dream, I was being chased by the Hulk which was really random. My hands randomly popped up in front of me and they were looking really odd. I then remembered that's a sign that you're dreaming and started running around, but woke up very soon after.

What I'm doing at the moment is doing reality checks as often as I can think of and generally trying to increase my awareness. However I currently work as support for Google services and I can barely find any time to spend alone. Because there's a lot going on, I feel that I forget to do RCs quite often now so I think this is definitely something to focus on at this point. Also, dream recall is something I'd really like to improve. I keep a dream journal but for now, there's not as many entries as I'd like there to be. If you have any tips on doing all of this better, please do feel free to let me know!

Thanks for reading, hope to chat soon! = )
