Thread: finally!

finally after about a month i remembered a dream! i repeated "i will remember my dream" ove and ver, then stopped and lay there for about 30 mins and fell asleep.

i then woke up realizing i had just had a dream, although i didnt knowit was a dream because nothing too weird happened in it.

the dream: i was watching tv in my room (but it was in a tall house like in harry poter) and i saw a big spider on the floor, for some reason i ran to my wardrobe, and the spider followed, then i put on 2 pairs of socks, and it ended there.

could this be progress towards a lucid dream?

Yes this is most definatly progress to a lucid dream. The more you can remember your dreams the more chance you have at having a lucid dream (or at least remembering it) Good job!

well sort of yes, recall is imprtant because when you have a lucid dream your going to want to remember it.Also you need to remember dreamsigns if you want to do DILD, have you started a dream journel
