      Sup. Welcome to Dreamviews. 8)

When I was little, lucid dreaming before knowing what lucid dreaming is, I used to close my dream eyes really tight when I got into a bad situation. I'd tell myself assertively that when I opened my eyes, I would be awake. Then, I'd pull my eyes open as wide as I could, and I would be awake in my bed.
But now, after getting better with lucid dreaming, my nightmares are usually my greatest triggers of lucidity. I hardly have full Nightmares anymore, because my initial reaction, when something nightmarish is happening, is to question whether or not I'm dreaming. Its a thrill to be chased by something, realize you're dreaming, and then stop dead in your tracks, turn around, and kick the ass of whatever was just hunting you down. lol.
