This is merely auto suggestion. You should not be so suprised. Actually you would be suprised to know how much you probalby are capable of.
Since your venture with auto suggestion worked so well you may want to induce a lucid dream.
Say to your self:
I AM GOING TO REMEMBER TO RECOGNIZE THAT I AM DREAMING!
Also it is natural to awake after each dream we have. Unfortunatly we often do not even recognize this fact and do not take any time to ponder over any dream recall.
