      Ex-Body control during sleeping

      When I will be (hopefully) intermidiate dreamer, could I control my body during sleeping.
      I dont mean nightwalking or any thing special, more like : breathe controling, a friend has a bad case of shaking and kicking while sleeping can he control it threw LD? I myself usually never wake up from a alarm clock/phone ring could i control my slepp to the point that i will be conscience to my surounding?
