New n00b
Yo wassup, I just tried to "lucid" dream last night and turned out with nothing much. I started to fall asleep for a few seconds saying "calm dream" to myself a few times. Before I knew it I was asleep. When I woke up, my palms were sweating and my heart started pounding for some reason. I noticed that twenty minutes had gone by during this event. Not sure what to do. Ya think I should work on my dream recalls? I remember most of 'em "I think".

lol thats what happened to me on my first attemted lucid dream. My heart was beating like I had just ran a marathon.

This is the best advice one can give to a newbie. Do not get too excited in a dream because you will suddenly wake up and it's heartbreaking and frustrating to know that you woke yourself up from a great experience.Originally posted by Lowercase Society
