      lucid dream/sleep paralysis/pissible astral

      Hi my name is Missy. I decided to join because of my recent dream and experience. I am a long time sufferer of sleep paralysis...i say suffer because its always been yerrifying to me. I recently had something happen wherr i think i left my body during my sleep. The expetience did not feel like a dream and is embedded in my head as a memory..im trying to learn more about this experience and need to speak with someone knowledgable in this matter.       Welcome Missy! There are lots of threads and posts here that will help you! If you want some basice techniques I would probably do a FILD (Finger-Induced-Lucid-Dream), MILD (Mnemonic-Induced-LD), DILD (Dream-Induced LD(This involves getting into a habit of doing reality checks which includ nose plug, counting fingers etc.) or SSILD (Senses-Initiated-LD.)

      Don't quote on me though, I haven't had personal experience XD
