      HI

      Hi everyone

      You guessed it - Im new to the forum. Ive been trying on and off for a few (5?) years to lucid dream with some successes here and there. Im trying to get back into it.

      Ive recently been experimenting with some dream inducing plants such as Calea Z, without much success! and with BWGen, with some success.

      I hope this forum will help me and Ill be able to help some of you too (doubtful! )

      Calea Zacatechichi is a plant/or herb? I smoke it sometimes before bed or drink a tea made out of it or swallow some capsules full of it.

      "This herb enhances all sensorial perceptions, produces an increase in imagery, mild thought discontinuity, rapid flux of ideas and difficulties in retrieval. These effects are followed by somnolence and a short sleep during which lively dreams can occur."

      i havent noticed huge effects from it but it does work to some extent. Last night i used bwgen together with calea and i had pretty vivid dreams, plus several FAs where i wrote down my dreams - duh! also almost had a WILD the other day with bwgen but no LDs so far. Ive just started trying to have LDs again after a long time - havent had one for ages. So no complete successes so far with bwgen but it definitely helps and im sure it will work. Ive only tried the LD Test preset so far.

      the 'LD Test Preset', you can import them if you have a registered version of bwgen
