      Hi :)

      Hi, so i've known about lucid dreaming for a while now and finally i'm going to try it out! I would just like to say hi to everyone and yeah I've already started doing reality checks and ADA techniques

      You might want to start a dream journal as well if you haven't already. I was amazed at how writing down my dreams greatly improved my dream recall.

      I bought a book today just to record my dreams. But I also see there is a dream journal section on the forums. Maybe I'll record my best dreams in there,
