      My Introduction..And Feelings In Dreams

Hi I am Mike and im new to dreamviews and just started learning about lucid dreaming. well anyways Im 19 and im from Old Orchard Beach, Maine. I've never had a lucid dream before but hope to one day. I have experienced Sleep Paralysis a couple of times but did not know thats what it was called intill I did research. Ok well i was wondering do people having a lucid dream have feelings like sadness, happiness, afraid?, and do people who have lucid dreams have actual feelings like pain? Thanks for any information you provide and I hope to better know people here at dreamviews as the time goes on.

      Hey welcome to Dreamviews.

I don't know 100% if people can have feelings in dreams, I know I don't feel anything in my dreams except either Excitement or Anger.I can't feel sadness or being afraid, im not sure why.

But I have read posts of people saying they have had those feelings, and if everything in your dream is created by your mind, theres no reason your mind can't create these feelings and have you feel them in your dreams.

Yes, you can have all kind of feelings you have in real life and more in a lucid dream.

Yes, i've felt emotions in a lucid dream...i often find that in a lucid dream, the emotions are actually more intense.

I think thats due to the fact that your conscious about it, so they are felt the same as when your awake, and even more so because your like almost in direct contact with your mind.

      Hi and welcome

In my only lucid dream I was definitely afraid... I'm not a good sample, since it was just one, but I can tell you that scary emotions were well present in that dream...
Thus I reasonably guess, reading also the other posts, that all the emotions can be lived, happiness included!
