      Greetings !

      Hello from Czech Republic.

I am really glad that i found such a great forum about lucid dreaming.
I am new in lucid dreaming but i already love it and I am totally amazed and excited.

      Soo something about me:
First, I really like to sleep so this could be a great start . I started with LD just about 7 days ago. Iīve never had lucid dream as i can remember but I am really motivated to change this. I tried WILD and FILD few times without succes. I do this every night (just to keep myself on LDing) I know it will take time but I am patient. I try to write my Dream Journal ,my dream recall is really bad. So I started to work on this as my first goal and even after 7 days i see some progress, staying in bed with my eyes closed when i wake up realy helps to recall my dreams (i remember few weird dreams as well). I do reality checks and trying all day awarness.

I read almost every tutorial on this forum , but i think that more wonīt help me . I guess I just need to practise and gain some experiences. I canīt wait for my first lucid dream.

I have got some questions too , but I will ask you later in this topic If you want to ask me something I will be glad.

Sorry for my english , but i hope you get it. Have a nice day and especially Night.

      2. Can you forgot luciddream ? If so .. Is it harder to forgot one than normal dream ?

Yes, keeping still with your eyes closed is a really effective recall method. Keep at it and your recall will improve in no time! You could also collect any Dream Signs ( people, places, things and events that occur often in your dreams ) you might have, such as; Your father, your home, your friends etc. When you have collected your dream signs over a period of time they can be used to improve your recall ; Did I dream about my father? Was I at my home? Did I see any of my friends? Also now that you're in the beginning of your lucid dreaming journey you might start to have "False awakenings" if you haven't already had them. False awakenings are dreams of waking up. They are great spots to become lucid, because you can easily train yourself to make a reality check every time when you wake up. So that's what I'd lastly suggest as well, a reality ckeck everytime you wake up!

      1. To me, normal dreams compared to lucid dreams are nothing. A real lucid dream is just an incredible experience. You can do anything. Everyone loves to fly for an example.

      2. Yes, you can forget your lucid dream like any other dream, but mostly it happens when you haven't really been that lucid. The more lucid( aware ) you are and the more emotionally powerful the dream is the stronger the memory will be. Lucid dreams are stored into the part of the brain that stores waking life experiences, so I'd think that makes the memory more real and memorable as well. It's like it really happened. And it did, only inside your own universe.

May you have lots and lots awesome lucid adventures! ~

      Hello guys.
Thanks for your reply. Now as long as my first goal is to remember at least 1 dream per night.
Can you tell me if there are any vitamins or supplements to help me with dream recall?

Drugs such as melatonin and B6 are said to affect your dreams. They are said to give you vivid dreams and good recall. Although, this varies for everyone of course.
      - Dream recall wiki article. Maybe you could try B6( it gave me intense and very vivid dreams when I tried it ). I would suggest practicing naturally first though. Keep consistent and dedicated with your dream journaling, that helps a ton.
