      WHats WBTB & WILD (another newbie q..im sorry:()

      I hav heard these terms in other parts of the forum...what do they mean/

      When I first came to the forum I had the same question wbtb is a method were you wake up in the night study something about an ld for an hour then go back to bed and fall asleep. It is the most effective for me It got me lucid but I woke up. As for wild You shuold check other parts of the site I really dont know much about it.

      thanks for all the responses all...hopefully ill find my way around this site pretty soon...i saw how detailed this forum is..had no idea ther was a main site attached to it and was blown away by the depth of information there.
