      Hello everyone...

      Hello,
I just wanted to say hello, being a new member and all. I'm so glad I found this place, I truly am.

Sorry, I don't have time for a long intro, I just wanted to say Hi.

Alright, now that I have some time, a proper introduction of myself is in order.

I am a 17 year old highschool student, born and raised in Illinois. Im a Junior with a 4.6 GPA. I have always been interested in computers, as well as interested in the creative forms my brain can produce. I've always had extremely vivid dreams that I've been able to recall. Whether or not any of them was lucid, I do not know, but I am extremely interested in developing this skill.

Thanks to everyone that makes this a great site!

....And I shall follow up my response in kind!

I'm from Canada myself, so I don't really know the whole GPA thing. I'll just assume 4.6 is good. I'm also 17, but I'M in University!

I'm only just starting to appreciate just how awesome lucid dreaming is myself (I'm relatively new here). I must say, from my experience learning is difficult, but MORE THAN worth it. Just remember that you must continue to believe that you will succeed!

I'm sure you will find more than enough help and information here to get you on your way.

Someone else say something! I'm beginning to think I'm radioactive, as no one seems to want to post after me on this board...

How many wolfs do we have now?

Not to mention the ice dogs.
Crazy, but that's how it goes!

      Welcome to DV!

Make yourself at home. If you ever have any questions, feel free to post them! Check out the tutorials section! Some great things there.

A quick piece of advice though, when you do start LDing, don't ask yourself, "can I do this" think to yourself, "I WILL do this" because hey, it's your dream, and anything that you say, goes. In fact, you could grow wings in the shape of hippos if you wanted.

Well...I should stop doing this, that's a Dream Guide's job.

      Welcome to the Forum!!

I am a computer engineering student at the University of California.

Nowadays admissions are tough so you are in a good place with your GPA. Keep work and play in perspective and do LD'ing in moderation. Although you might want to start with a little extra effort in the beginning as I did to induce them. Once you have them you will have more.

Try the MILD technique and let us know how it goes.

      Stay Lucid!!
