      Hi Hi! I'm new here

I'm Gia and I came across this site, mostly to figure out why I'm having difficulties with lucid dreaming, among other things. One of the problems I have with my dreams is when every time I go lucid and try to take control of the dream, the whole dream falls apart.

Welcome to the forum! Have you tried stabilization techniques? It's often good to make sure you make the dream as stable as possible before attempting to take control - this can make the dreams last much longer and be much more vivid.
