      I'm New need some tips

      Hi yall ,I'm Jess
      I've currently been keeping a dream journal and i can remember all the dreams i've had....but i wanted to ask anyone if there were anykind of teas / or herbs of any kind that could help in my quest for Lucid dreaming....

      hi,
      there are things that you can take or eat that effect your dreams but they dont work for everyone.
      try reading some of the existing articles like

      teas
      gelantamine
      moreb6
      melatonin
      vitaminE
      CaleaZacatechichi
      nutmeg
