Hi, I found this site yesturday, and Today I wanted to try out the LD. So here are my questions.
Hi Maufonseca, Welcome to DV!
> 1. Its normal to be a little afraid? Why I am afraid?
Yes. Most people have a fear of the unknown. Why are you afraid?
> 2. LD can change my life?
Ummm - can it? What do you expect from lucid dreaming?
> 3. I heard a lot of good things of it, but what bad things can happend if I learn to LD? Can it harm me in any way?
Not that anyone ever, including dozens of sleep-studies and a bunch of stuffed-shirts coming up with countless methods of trying to make them work on-demand, have ever seen. Don't believe much of what you hear/read - many people have an agenda. No one has ever demonstrated anywhere any ill-effect.
> 4. My brain will still rest if I LD?
A lucid dream is still a dream. Yes - it will.
5. I can have a non-lucid dream when I want to?
LDing at its best is hit-and-miss. The vaaaast majority of what you'll experience, no matter how much effort you put into learning to LD regularly, will be non-lucid dreams.
So - go for it! And again - welcome to the forum!
