      Greetings from Norway!

      Good evening everyone!

My name is Fredrik and currently living in Norway.

My history with lucid dreaming started as a little child, but didnt know what it was before I entered my teen years. Today I practice it whenever I want to escape the real world. I even learned my wife to do it(took her around 3 years of practice and failures).

Currently I'm working as a construction worker and in the evenings I create content that contain binaural beats, isochronics etcetra. Mainly do it because it helped my wife alot. Started a Youtube channel in early 2020, to share my content with other people that might take some benefit from it. I'm on this forum because I want to share my knowledge, I also want to learn more about which experiences you guys have had.

If you want to check out my Youtube page and listen to some of my content please do! Looking forward to hearing from you all and I'm hyped that I found this forum!

      Best regards!

      Welcome to Dreamviews, lucidpowermind!

That is cool that you taught your wife to LD. How often is she able to accomplish lucidity after the three years of practice and failures?

I'll check out your YouTube channel and give it listen!

      Hello zelcrow!

After she had experienced her first lucid dream, it took her nearly 1 year before she was able to do it again. After that she was able to do it quiet frequently, but her mood actually affect her power to do it. We got our first kid two-and-a-half-year ago, so she has not been as active as me the last couple of years actually.

May I ask what's your background? Quiet interested to know more about everyone here!

Thanks for showing interest in my content, deeply appreciated!

      Best regards.

Okay. That is very cool that you were able to help her learn how to do it and that it has been a success. I find others experiences interesting.

For me, I had a couple of lucid dreams as a child. The interest was there throughout life but in a very passive way. A little over a years ago I decided to give lucid dreaming a real go, and it has been very cool. I'm still working on consistency. Like you said about your wife, my mood tends to govern how often lucids happen for me. My mind has to be in the right place.

Do you still have lucid dreams with any regularity? And for sure. I have your channel pulled up. I'll listen when I try to take a nap and LD or either tonight as I'm falling asleep.

Yes, the mood can be a dealbreaker it seems for alot of people. Myself I tend to have it with regularity from time to time.

Mostly it self-provided when I feel I want to escape reality.

I actually do AP aswell, tend to do that more than LD to be honest. But very excited to be here to share experiences with fellow LDers!
