Hi, My name is Sébastien (43 years), I live in France and also subscribe to French Lucid Dreamers website (Attrape-songes). I have decided to subscribe here because it has also good information and seems to be nice I have started lucid dream quest few month ago in October 2019 and my motivation is always on top but I'm one of people where this is not easy lol Still, I know that I'm able to do it and then I will succeed more and more I'm a geek and I like all kind of tool software / hardware that can permit achieving also this, I'm owning a Kasina device and a Dreem 2 headband (for better sleeping) not that I'm not sleeping well but I have this product to analyze by EEG my night phase (DEEP / LIGHT and ofc REM Phase) Don't be rude about my English, I'm trying to do the best Thanks

Bienvenue! Don't worry, people here are generally don't judge people on your English or grammar. I know there are some people like that in every forum, though. If people are rude to you, you can report them and I'm sure the staff will deal with them accordingly. Interesting, I have never used one of those devices before, I can't really comment on those.
