      Hi all~

      Hi everyone

      my name is Erin. I have known about lucid dream for a long time but never actively try to improve my ability of becoming aware while dreaming. I had a few random LD and OBE experience in the past and can recall almost everyone of my dreams with high clearity but is currently having trouble doing RC right before falling asleep or during sleep.

      I hear some wild stories about mastering the ability of LD can help me to learn/relearn what I know or gain improvement in the area. dont really know if its true but thought its worth a try since 1/3 of our life is used in sleeping, might as well utilize it if we can :p

      hope by joining the community I can learn more about LD and hope it can open a new door for me :p

      I think we met in the discord? I'm glad to see that you finally got approved! I hope you make yourself at home! From what I can see, it looks like you are doing great. You should be performing at least 10 of those a day). There are some going RC out there, however, pick the Reality checks that work for you.
      For you, it may be just a matter of help with just adjusting the way you Reality checks for starters?
      There are a lot of people here that are willing to help if you let them.
