Will I have to start from scratch ? =(

Well I was beginning to read on Lucid dreams and stuff, and was getting LDing more and more part of my dreams (I did a reality check, I thought to myself I was in a dream (Without actually it feeling like real life)) but now every morning I have to wake up at 7:00 AM because they a BIG part of the house (We had a leaking pipe.)

Now I can barely remember my dreams, and I have not done reality-checks in parts I can remember...

This may go on for a full 2 weeks, and I wonder if once the house is rebuilt I will start from where I left Lucid Dreaming, or if I will have to get it in my head again...

Can you forget Lucid Dreaming ?

Today should be a calm night, as we don't know if the guy gets here at 7:30 AM.... Hopefully I get some sleep. I'm gonna hit the bet 10 minutes earlier tonight to help a bit...

also, thanks for this forum to have made me discover LD, it's already awesome and I havn't even had a full LD yet

Hi, sorry to hear about the pipe problem. Lucid Dream is exactly like playing an instrument. If you do not play it for a while, you might be rusty when you pikc up, but you'll pick up fast. So you will just be rusty and it might take you a week to get back to normal. Nothing to worry about

I agree with Barbizzle in that you should be able to get these back with some work.

I also know what you mean about having to get up early. I'm up by 6:30 every weekday morning. Have you tried recording dreams during the night if you wake up? It's hard to make yourself write them down, but it can help. Also, I think you've got the right idea by going to bed earlier. Also, if you wake up at a consistent time, eventually your body might get used to it and you potentially train yourself to wake up a little bit before 7 when all the noise begins, or use an alarm clock. It wouldn't have to be much earlier, maybe 10 minutes, but if you can wake up with a relatively clear head then you should be fine.

I hope this helped. Let us know if we can do anything else for you

      Yes!
Like for me, I was a lucid natural back at 5 years, and I had lucid dreams every night.
Then it ended for about three years, I found dreamviews, and after 2 dreams, I had this one:
