Thread: Hello

Hi I'm Zack. I'm 29 years old and I used to have an interest in lucid dreaming, then I forgot about it or deemed to too hard for over 15 years. I just decided one day to look up lucid dreaming forums and I came across dreamviews. I read some posts about induction techniques. I found on ChatGPT how to do the WBTB technique and tried it. Didn't get lucid then but not too many nights later I did have a lucid dream. This had to be the first one in over 15 years. I believe just reading about it and being interested is enough to help you become lucid. I will post in the experience section my dream.
