Hey to the vets and fellow newbiez. I wondered into the DV zone from google search for Lucid Dreaming tips. Roughly ten years has passed since I had a lucid dream. I can recall two.
1: in a room with no windows and locked doors. It didn't make any sense. I realized I was dreaming then I walked through the walls but everyroom was virtually the same. then I woke up.
2: riding in a car in the back seat. It was a convertible and a freaking nut was driving. we ran into another car at an intersection. I was catapulted in the sky which suddenly made me realize man.. I'm dreaming.. So on the way back down I latched onto the signal lights pole and started doing the spiderman thing. It lasted a little while longer than I woke up.
My main objective is to quit having recurring nightmares. I know they stem from reality gone bad from a painful divorce.
