What are PSI balls?

I was going through the forums here and saw some people refer to this term vaguely. What are PSI balls? Is it something about sensing energy? I'm lost.

Hi, Lucide Night Flight, welcome to DV! Until otherwise demonstrated - I'm convinced they are a product of an overactive imagination combined with a pathological need to deceive... Although they are claimed to be a physical manifestation, I've yet to have anyone claiming them be able to blip any form of physical measuring device.

At sea level, my balls withstand 14.7 PSI. J/K. Anyway, people who claim to be able to exert psi energy can only demonstrate their abilities to fellow believers. Psi appears to have no practical application in the real world. EDIT: I guess nobody answered your question as to what Psi Balls are. Well, they are claimed by some to be a manifestation of channeled energy taking the form of a ball. The creator of the psi ball is said to be able to move the ball through the air wherever they please.

PSI balls are only in your head. You know what they are supposed to feel like (I don't believe you can see them) so your body creates those feelings (hot plalms) just to satisfy you.

Psi is rubbish. If people could do all that crap, somebody would have demonstrated it to the masses, but nobody ever has. A friend of mine was decieved by that Psipog site, which uses tricks like "psi wheels" to convince people they have psionic powers. A psi wheel is a piece of paper folded into a sort of wheel balanced on a pin, which you can turn around just by holding your hands around it. Some would have you believe that is evidence that you have hidden talents for telekinesis, while in reality the effect is thermal. You can spin a psi wheel by surrounding it with mugs of coffee.
