      Introduction :)

Stumbled upon this site after a google search on Lucid dreaming, and am really amazed by the depth of the community here Promptly decided to join with the goal of achieving more predictable and regular LD adventures.

I have had random, lucid dreams throughout my life.. All the way back to my childhood. But rarely.. I mean somthing like once or twice a year. I do dream a lot and remember them fairly well, without writing them down most of the time.

I have had a lot of semi lucid Flying dreams.. where I am just having fun flying around, mostly flapping my hands.

I have had a few experiences where as soon as I get Lucid i wake up, and others (as a kid) where I could blink and change dreams until I find one that I like.

Anyways.. I hope to improve my skills and start dreaming more frequently

Even tho I only sleep 6 hours anight or less...

      Cheers!

I have been reading thru the tutorials and getting ready.. the only problem is that I only sleep 6 hours a night.. do you guys see any problems with that?? I have a very full life (being a DJ at night on weekends and a fulltime Software Engineer as a dayjob)..

Yeah, that could be a problem. You do most of your dreaming toward the end of your sleep time -- after you've had 4-6 hours of sleep. I can't really do much in the way of recall or lucid dreaming unless I'm getting 7-9 hours a night. But of course, everyone is different, and it may not be that big an issue for you, since you say that your recall is pretty good.

      hmm..

LD Might be good motivation for longer sleep.

I have been starting to do regular RCs. And going to sleep with my laptop in bed to Write the DJs.. Anything else I am missing?
