Spend at least 5 minutes every morning lying in bed, without moving a muslce. Very important to stay still and think about your dream. That should be the first thing you think of when you wake up. When you can get into the habit of thinking of that first, your recall will improve quicker than you can imagine. Even if you cant remember your dream when you wake up, stay still and just try and think of "where you just were". And write down even the smallest detail. No detail is unimportant. The more you can write, the more youll be surprised by how much you can rememeber. |
