      sharper recall....?

      Hi all, I have been keeping my DJ for over a month. I have been placing Jade under my pillow. It has helped with my recall a little. I still have a hard time with clear recall. I wonder if any of you people can offer any tips on sharpening clear recall?

      Thank you Tim_PL. I have read and tried all of those. I was wondering if anyone out there knows and holistic crazy voodoo ways to sharpen recall. I have been using Malichite and Jade under my pillow and it seems to help alot with recall.
      Ther are a few more stones I am going to try and use but I have to get my hand on them first. lake superior agate is spose to be a great one for sharpening dream recall, but I only know stones, Im sure there are many other organic natural ways to sharpen dream recall thru energy vibrations. I will look into it in anyway I can. I am so into this dream analysis, so thank you for any tips on anything.

      Hello madgco. First of all, I do not think a few stones under your pillow will affect your dream recall one way or the other The best way is to keep up with your dream journal and to tell yourself that you will remember your dreams in the morning. Good Luck.

      Ok , of course I am keeping the journal religiously. The stones I am using have certain energy vibrations witch are believed to help dream recall. It has worked well for me, so dont knock somthing intill you have researched and tried for yourself. I do appreciate your feed back even though it was not exactly what I was looking for.

      You could always try some Vitamin B-6 or maybe try eating a stack of bananas before you go to sleep. I heard about 7 or 8 of'em will do the trick

      lol ,Ok I will give it a shot, tonight all I will eat... bananas for diner and bed time snack. I been wanting to go back on my fruit diet anyway. I will try to get some B6 also, more vitamin B could be good for me.

      are you sleeping with your head to the north? *shrugs* i've heard it might 'align' one's energy to facilitate more clarity during the dreamstate/better recall. worth a shot i suppose...

      It always helps me when I pretend that my Dreams are an actual place that I am going to at night. Try telling yourself that you are visiting your dreams and you have to remember what you did when you wake up. So when you wake up try to remember what you did last night when you want to your dream.
