Full control? Yes, this should be possible. Many experienced lucid dreamers report that they are able to control almost anything in the dream, so, with practice and a little bit of luck, it should be possible to control everything.

I have not yet had a dream like that, I would estimate maybe being able to control 50% at best in my LDs.

I see LD's as actually experiencing what you are imagenating. So if you have a nice sence of imagenating, there is no limit =)

It is physiological and physically possible to control all aspect of your dreams. However, it is very difficult to achieve. Some people spend their whole lives devoted to this task, only to achieve it years and years later. With patience and hard work most of us can somewhat quickly gain control over most aspect of our dreams, but not all... that takes much more discipline and time.
