If you have a chance, please post your answers to the following 3 questions:

1) What technique or practice has helped you the most with increasing the number of lucid dreams you have?
(So far Wake Back to Bed and MILD have been best for me.)

2) What is your favorite realisty check?
(I like squeezing nostrils and breathing.)

3) Do you have a preferred sleeping position for lucid dreaming? Have you noticed sleeping position having an effect?
(my 4 induced lucid dreams were all while sleeping on right side. When having spontaneous lucid dreams, I never paid attention.)
