Dream Recall improving and possible lucidity.

Hey guys, just wanted to drop a word to say my dream recall has began to improve. FOr the first time i was able to recall several dreams at night, and I managed to wake up on time (without a family member screaming down my ear) into the bargain.

Well there was this dream I had that night too where I may have encountered a form of lucidity. It was near the end of my dream and I felt my concious begin to stir. Because at that point I knew I was waking up, I also knew I was dreaming. I tried to hold onto the dream, but my dream just shifted to thoughts and without opening my eyes I knew I was akawe.

      Later.

Hey, sounds like you've just begun to touch upon lucidity, but lost it before you could do anything.
I suggest you perform reality checks throughout the day, continue to work on your dream recall. also, concentrate on what it feels like to have that feeling of knowing you are dreaming, and try to carry that with you as you fall asleep...if you try it for a few nights and it doesn't work, don't worry. Just go to sleep as you normally would and focus on recall instead.
PM me if you have any more questions and i will be happy to help.

Thanks for the advice. I only record basics that happen in dreams, when I wake up often I am too tired to bother writing and essay, but I'm wondering should I attempt to write as much as I can remember.
