I'm glad someone else shares my enthusiam about Brainwaves
^_^ Isnt it helpful ! Exspecially the ones that like start out at a normal level then wind dooown, and your whole body goes Bleeeh!
ummm the Idea behind some of them are you play em while your sleeping, and at like 7 hours, it changes frequencies to a rem cycle requency, to help you realize your dreaming.
ummm, for me the headphones kinda, popped off
You can listen to it while doing self-hypnosis, um HILD is actually a Lucid Dreaming technique which uses hypnosis, but it also has the breathing/relaxtion technique.. I find it is reallllly helpful to be listening to that while your trying to go to sleep, and just breathing and counting your breathes like
Actually say, "One, In*breathe in* Two, Out*breathe out*, 3, In*breathe in, 4, out*breathe out*" I find that to be very helpful, your supposed to do it till 100 and you get rather tired by then.. ok, umm the thing with the brainwave generator is its Binaural beats, and your supposed to listen to it with headphones which is why the whole technology works, listening to it with other sounds can change the frequencies, like say... Metallica, For whom the bell tolls, while listening to Sleep Induction, isnt highly recommended. Listening to Chopin though, or any music from The Pianist is mostly relaxing. Funeral March might not be haha, umm, so if your gonna mix it, mix it with something you use to relax or feel happy with. I mixed it will, Lean on me by Bill Withers hah, I know it's weak but I enjoyed it, mostly if you sit there with headphones on, or if it allows lay there with em on, and you can try the breathing while listening to it, ya know closing your eyes it can be very relaxing... I take no responsibility for you banging your head on your desk from falling asleep
Anyway, try that program, if the trial runs out or you need a cd burnt I can hook you up with how to do that, or something?
^_^, Anyway good luck, I'm writing this at 3:40 am so... maybe I should take my own advice
