Ok so I came across this site from a message board that I go to, and I've already read pretty much everything on your main site. I was just wondering how do I improve my dream recall. I'm starting a dream journal tonight, and last night I set my alarm clock for 6 hours after I fell asleep and voila, I awoke during a dream. Stupid me didn't write it down, so now I forget the majority.
But yeah I was just wondering is that the only way to improve my dream recall, just set the alarm, wake up, and write it down? Or is there something else to it.
