Ok, i have tried all the things that have been suggested, talking to myself in my head, visualizing, taking B-6(which did help remember) but none of it is working for me, and i've been empty for two months...any of you have any good sucess, cause i want to know your methods, so i can try them. |

"If there was one thing the lucid dreaming ninja writer could not stand, it was used car salesmen."
Also, even if you only remember fragments of a dream, it helps to write those down, as when you don't use something, you lose the practise of it. |

'all of the moments that already passed/
try to go back and make them last.'
that might help, but lately i've been taking vitamin b-67 before bed, and it helps with dream recall...But no matter what i've done, i haven't had the slightest hint of being lucid.nothing...no matter how bizare and unrealistic the dream i never realize i am dreaming...does that make the question more specific |

Have you tried the WBTB method? Using this in conjunction with MILD produces the best results for me, and for many others that I've spoken to. |
