I often have dreams where I'm not even a part of whats going on, it's like I'm a camera or something. I think that if you realise you are watching it you can easily become lucid, use it as a dream sign. Maybe if you think to your self that you are watching in a theatre, it'l allow you to walk out of the theatre and become you again .

The answer to interaction is first of all, becoming Lucid. After that, believe you can, & you will. It might take practice, but I am sure you can do it!!
