Thread: Little help

Hello, I can recall having 1 or 2 lucid dreams. Although it seems hard to acheive. I know i sound like a newb, but i have read the site and it is hard for me to make sense of some things. I am now started to log and remember my dreams, but i dont see how i could actually have something to interact with. It is as if im in a theatre just watchin a movie and enjoying the ride. I dont see how i am suppose to interact. Please get back to me.

I often have dreams where I'm not even a part of whats going on, it's like I'm a camera or something. I think that if you realise you are watching it you can easily become lucid, use it as a dream sign. Maybe if you think to your self that you are watching in a theatre, it'l allow you to walk out of the theatre and become you again .

The answer to interaction is first of all, becoming Lucid. After that, believe you can, & you will. It might take practice, but I am sure you can do it!!

Practice, do the things the website says and if they dont work or you have any problems just ask us, have a good time here!
