      Making Progress?

      First let me start off by saying that i have never been able ot remmebr more that a fraction of just one dream.... But for the past two days ive been saying before i got to bed, 100 I will remember my dreams 99 i will remmeebr my dreams, ect. IM not sure if it was that but last night i remembered ( a little bit) of three dreams. Some of them were very personal so im not going to share them, but if you need me to i mgiht be able to PM them to you(not sex related either). Anyway i was just wondering if this is my first sign of progress.

      Going from no recall to any recall is always a step in the right direction. For one thing, what good is a lucid dream if you can't remember it. I'm fairly certain that I've been lucid on occasion but just can't recall it.

      Just keep it up and if you don't have a journal I would suggest getting one and writing your dreams down in the morning. And if you haven't, I'd recommend looking at the Tutorials and seeing if there is one that you'd be interested in working on.

      that's definitely progess!

      i used to hardly remember dreams at all as well. i found it made all the difference to write down any part of a dream i remember as soon as i wake up (maybe keep a notebook just for dreams, and keep a pen stuck to a fresh page).

      do this consistently, and you'll be suprised at how soon you start remembering more and more detail...
