      second tries, will they obtain a successful outcome?

      I went to a dreaming weekend seminar a while back, and while i was there, we engaged in several lucid dreaming activities, though everytime we did them, i fell asleep just in my chair and when i would awaken, i wouldn't have any idea at why i was at the place i was, and i wouldn't obtain the capability to recall my dreams. it was unfortunate, so i'm hoping by keeping this dreaming journal, i'll be able to achieve the recollection of my dreams.

      First up, welcome.

      So you went to a lucid dreaming seminar eh? Wow, that's really quite cool, please, tell us more about it.

      Although you didn't have the sucess you wanted there, you may very likely have it here and keeping a dream journal is perhaps the most vital part, so you've got that down already. I would also suggest doing techniques like reality checks and other induction methods. Information about these can be found here.
