Hmmm, that's a hard one......
Do you perhaps have a phone that you could set to vibrate? If you then set an alarm for the middle of the night, then I find that the vibrating of the phone next to my head usually always wakes me up. Once you start the habit of waking up after your dreams, you should find that you do it naturally after a while. That's what happened to me anyways......
