      Hello everyone

      Hello everyone,
I'm a 18 yr guy from Tennessee. I saw this website a few months ago,
but then I forgot about it, and just remembered I was interested in lucid dreams because
I sometimes wake up fustrated because I can not remember a dream I was having, not even a little bit.
So I though perhaps I could get some help from this website.

      thanks for reading

      -OA

      guided sleep

I few years ago I had a cassette tape that was very relaxing to listen to, it helped me sleep, there was a man talking me through some relaxation technique and then he took my mind on a journey and some neat thing like that, I had dreams when I listened to it, but I lost it.
Just wonding if its recommended, and if so are there any CDs out now that do this?

There are a lot of relaxation/meditation CD's/MP3's out there - although, I don't use them so I can't give you any recommendations - sorry.

But I can recommend starting a dream journal if you haven't already. This will greatly increase your recall, just by your mind knowing you will need to remember your dreams so you can record them. Well, there's more to it than that, but it's a good starting point.

      Anyway, Welcome and Good Luck!

      welcome

if you want to remember dreams better, it will help to keep a dream journal in which you record all your dreams...
