I've heard it said that if you take any drug, including alcohol, it can affect your dream recall greatly. I'm not sure why this is, i'm sure someone knows... |

If you happen to smoke marijuana, stop for a while. I noticed, after I quit smoking I could remember my dreams almost on command in the morning. Most of my friends who still smoke tell me to this day they have much difficulty remembering their dreams at all, let alone fine details. Just a tip, maybe its just me, I dunno. Try it out and let me know. |

You are absolutely right--I used to smoke pot like there was no tomorrow for pretty much two years non-stop (and had under ten dreams that I could remember even a little bit of). Then I moved to Sweden where it is next to impossible to find pot, and I remember more than three per night generally. Marijuana...What a beautiful and terrible thing. |

Yep, same for me. I used to smoke regularly, and remembered almost nothing of my dreams. When I quit, my recall came back immediately. |
